Where's HMCS Oriole?
HMCS Oriole — a tall ship and Canada's oldest naval vessel, now based out of Halifax,
has departed for the St. Lawrence Seaway and the 2018 Great Lakes Deployment.
Oriole will conduct 14 different port visits on the way to Windsor, Ontario and
will sail back to Halifax by the end of September.
Oriole left Esquimalt, BC, on March 16, 2017 to make the approximate 16,000 kilometre journey to
Charlottetown, PEI, to celebrate Canada’s 150th birthday on July 1st.
