2024 Nov 21st - "Last extraction this season, we’ll be back to continue the cleanup in the spring!
The tough winter conditions in the Pacific increase sailing times and reduce the amount of
plastic we can catch. So, we break for the winter and use this time for scheduled evaluation,
necessary maintenance and system upgrades."
2021 Aug 5th - The Ocean Cleanup with System 002, aka Jenny, has returned to the
Great Pacific Garbage Patch (GPGP) with the next iteration of their ocean cleanup design for two six-week tests.
To us, direct action to mitigate a problem (ocean debris), is commendable and worth our support,
even if it's just by raising awareness.

Soon we will set sail for the Great Pacific Garbage Patch with Jenny.
With the System 002 campaign, we aim to move towards a blueprint design for scale-up, so our focus will be to monitor the environmental impact and test different configurations for optimal cleanup performance. pic.twitter.com/QTD91P7Ui7
