Updated: 4:40 AM PDT Sunday 10 March 2019
Areas Affected: North Coast - inland including Stewart
North Coast - inland including Terrace

An approaching cold front will bring snow the North Coast Inland sections today and tonight. Snow will spread across the region from the north later this morning and may mix with rain this afternoon as temperatures rise slightly above zero. However, the snow will intensify tonight as the front approaches and total snowfall amounts reaching 25 cm are possible by Monday morning.

Snow will taper to scattered rain showers Monday afternoon as the front slides down the coast and out of the area.

Be prepared to adjust your driving with changing road conditions. Rapidly accumulating snow could make travel difficult over some locations.
